At Archaro Designs we are committed to quality, inclusivity and customer service. As an ICU PA, I want to treat every person that gets one of our items like they're one of my own co-workers with top line customer service and friendliness. If you have any issues or questions just contact us and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING: Most orders will be produced and shipped in 3-7 business days in the United States and 5-10 business days elsewhere. This includes our short sleeve shirts, our long sleeve shirts, our sweatshirts and our gifts. This can be longer during the holidays or when there are supply chain issues. If this is the case, we will contact you and keep you updated on this.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, they only qualify for replacement if one of the following is true: The product quality is poor, the product is damaged or there is an obvious flaw (tears, poor print quality, holes) OR the product is different than what you ordered (e.g. you ordered a blue sweatshirt and received a white sweatshirt). You must submit a claim within one week of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
