Do you take exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, they only qualify for replacement if one of the following is true: The product quality is poor, the product is damaged or there is an obvious flaw (tears, poor print quality, holes) OR the product is different than what you ordered (e.g. you ordered a blue sweatshirt and received a white sweatshirt). You must submit a claim within one week of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund. Of note - if the issue is related to the printing itself (stain, tear, etc) please include a photo that has the design/tag adequately within view.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Please check out our size guide in the tab on the products page.
The shirts (both short and long sleeve) are unisex and tend to run longer in length. The sweatshirts are often considered to rune true to size.
To know your perfect size, measure an item you already love and compare it to our size chart. We unfortunately cannot take exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Are your products ethically made?
All our garments are proudly made from either 100% Organic Cotton and/or Recycled Polyester.
How do I wash the product?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
I need to cancel or make a change to my order, can I do that?
All requests after placing an order are subject to approval, we cannot guarantee that the requested changes can be made in time. Please ensure that your order is correct before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for your mistake if we cannot amend your order in time.

What is your 100% quality guarantee?
We can offer refunds and re-prints if we have made a mistake. If you have made a mistake then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. As a small business all our items are made to order and we do not have the facilities/warehouse for returns. We print the exact number of garments based on the orders that came in.
Please review your order & check the size guide before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.
We cannot provide refunds if:
- You chose the wrong item
- The size is wrong
- The item isn't damaged
- The item is late or didn't arrive on time
- You no longer want the item
We only offer refunds or reprints if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item doesn't arrive after 30 days
We require a photo of the damaged or defective product (with the design and inside tag visible) in order to proceed. Fill out the Order Issues/Reprint Request form under the "Service" tab.
As soon as we deem that the product is significantly damaged or defective, we will either issue a replacement item or request you to return the item back to us so we can issue you a refund.
Do you do custom orders?

I'd like to place a group order. Can I get a discount?
Yes! We offer discounts on large orders, typically 5+. Fill out the group orders form under the "Service" tab.
